1948, 1954 and 1960. All but the 1941 report were “Prepared in cooperation with the National Association of Railroad and Utilities Commissioners.” Each
report is 40-50 pages. They include lists of state power commissions, textual discussion of the basis of the report, and tabular data reporting
survey results and comparing state regulation of power utilities.
