House [Report] No. 288. 101 p. The first page begins, “The committee appointed under chapter 86 of the Resolves of 1903 asks leave the supplement its
report, herewith filed, by adding thereto for the information of the General Court a further appendix on certain details of the French and other
continental systems of taking land for public purposes, which will be prepared by its chairman, in case, as is hoped, he is enabled to visit Europe this
winter and secure additional information there.” Signed, Edmund M. Parker, H.R. Meyer, and Leslie C. Wead, Committee, dated Dec. 29, 1903. At the time
of this writeup, there was no cover page; the report’s pages are dated January 1904 with the running title of “The Right of Eminent Domain.”
