Preparation of a Naval Law Manual (1948). Approximately 170 p., variously paginated. Contents of this typewritten manuscript are described in the
Introductory Note: “This compilation is limited to naval legislation related to matters of naval justice and endeavors to collect pertinent enactments from
1775 through 1947. Prepared, in the first place, as an aid in the preparation of a naval law manual, it may be useful in the interpretation of naval law
on a historical and comparative basis …” The Appendix provides the text of legal instruments including English legislation and international
conventions. Also included is a Table of Repeals and Amendments.
