(An expansion of Miller’s research on the branches of Indian law to include the manner the law is administered in the various courts established by the India Company. He describes the court structure, court personnel, the appeals process, and makes recommendations for improving the system. His major recommendations include more education and training for those involved in the Company’s judicial process. There are numerous footnotes, but no table of contents or index.)
