Remarks on the Trial of John-Peter Zenger, printer of the New-York Weekly Journal, who was lately Try’d and Acquitted for printing and publishing Two Libels against the Government of that Province. Printed for J. Roberts in Warwick-Lane (London 1738). iv + 21 p. Contents include a preface, which begins, “The following Remarks were written by two Eminent Lawyers in one of our Colonies in America, immediately after the Publication of the Trial of Mr. Zenger, which it seems had been industriously spread over that Part of the World, before it reached England.”
