The Laws of the High Commission in Force on the 31st December, 1951, Prepared under the authority of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, 1953 by
Charles D. Newbold, etc.: xvi+955p., Nairobi, Printed and Published by the High Commission Printer, 1951. (The first Revised Edition of the Laws of the
High Commission covering from the establishment of the High Commission on January 1, 1948 to December 31, 1951. The volume includes the Acts, certain
Orders of the Council having particular reference to the High Commission, and subsidiary legislation. Subsidiary legislation includes that made under
the East Africa (High Commission) Order in Council, 1947 and that made under the Acts and territorial legislation. There are separate chapters
containing customs legislation for Kenya, Tanganyika, and Uganda. An Index to Acts by Subject begins on p.915 and an Index of Titles of Orders in Council and
Subsidiary Legislation begins on p.953.)
