(Lacks TOC & Index. This text is one of a series of annexes to the publication Juridical Settlement of International Disputes, which was issued quarterly by the Society. It is denominated “August, 1913, No. 13”. A roster of the Advisory Council to the Society as composed in 1912 starts after p. 60. Edwin Borchard, 1883-1951, spent the bulk of his career as a professor of constitutional and international law at Yale. His most famous work was the seminal Convicting the Innocent; Errors of Criminal Justice, 1932. Early in his career he also served in the office of the Solicitor of the Department of State and as a law librarian in the Library of Congress.
