present volume is the first of three volumes of a compilation of treaties, concluded up to the end of the year 1966, to which Norway has become a party as
of 30 June 1967. The compilation has been prepared by the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In addition to the three volumes of texts, the
compilation includes an index volume. … The text of a treaty is printed in the authentic language if this is Norwegian, English, French or German. The
text does not appear in more than one foreign language.” At time of writeup, index was not available.
