Assize, The series was compiled and edited by two official reporters: Saleem K. Azouri for the separate periods 1936–1937 and 1942–1947, and Henry E. Baker
for the intervening years 1938–1941. Mr. Azouri also completed the indexes for the 1940 and 1941 volumes.)
