Treaty with the Kioway, Ka-ta-ka and Ta-wa-ka-ro Nations of Indians, May 26. 1837, 7 Stat. 533-536. ( Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the
United States and the Kioway, Ka-ta-ka and Ta-wa-ka-ro Nations in which the injuries committed by all parties are forgiven. The Indians agree to pay full
value for any injuries to U.S. traders, and that the U.S. government may take the measures necessary to see justice is done for any injured traders.
The treaty was concluded at Fort Gibson on May 26, 1837.)
