mineral rights to the Osage Tribe and its members; and extensions of the mineral reservation period; and legal cases filed by owners of surface lands and by
the United States concerning ownership of the minerals underlying the surface; and the Circuit Court of Appeals decision, Adams v. Osage Tribe of
Indians, published at 59 F.(2d) 653 (June 27, 1932).
