Treaty with the Appalachicola Band, June 18, 1833, 7 Stat. 427-429. ( Treaty between the United States and the Appalachicola Band of Indians in which
they cede to the United States the right and title to land reserved for them in the Treaty concluded at Moultrie Creek on September 18, 1823, 7 Stat.
224 ( LLMC 69861). The Band will continue to receive the annuity of $5,000 stipulated in that treaty as long as they remain in the territory. The
treaty and Relinquishment were concluded at Pope's, Fayette County in the Territory of Florida on June 18, 1833.)
