1832-10-11, Appalachicola Band-U.S.
Treaty with the Appalachicola Band, October 11, 1832, 7 Stat. 377-378. ( Treaty between the United States and the Appalachicola Band of Indians in
which they relinquish to the United States the reservation they were granted in the Treaty of Moultrie Creek, 7 Stat. 224-228 (LLMC 69861). The United
States agreed to pay the Appalachicola Band $13,000. Three thousand dollars at the time the treaty is concluded and ten thousand dollars once the 256
Indians begin their move to land west of the Mississippi River beyond the States and Territories of the United States. The treaty was concluded October
11, 1832 at Tallahassee in the Territory of Florida.)
