Convention between the United States and the Creek Nation of Indians, November 14, 1805, 7 Stat. 96-98. ( A convention between the United States and the Creek Nation of Indians which cedes their rights to the land whose boundaries are specified in Article I. The U.S. was also granted the right to maintain a military post on Indian land and use a horse path through the Creek land. In consideration the U.S. agreed to pay annually twelve thousand dollars in money or goods for a period of eight years. The convention was concluded in Washington, D.C. on November 14, 1805.)

Articles of a convention made between Henry Dearborn, secretary of war, being specially authorised therefore by the President of the United States, and Oche Haujo, William McIntosh, Tuskenehau Chapce, Tuskenehau, Enehau Thlucco, Checopeheke, Emantlau, chiefs and head men of the Creek nation of Indians, duly authorised and empowered by said nation.
