the Tribal Council. Volume I contains an Appendix (United States Relations, including Treaties, Acts of Congress and Executive Orders, with annotations,
and State Constitutional Disclaimer Clauses) and Titles 1-4; Volume II, Titles 5-10: Volume III, Title 11-17; Title IV, Title 18-23, with Digest of
Indian Cases (federal courts), Tables (Resolutions of Tribal Council, Advisory Committee and Executive Committee, with reference to Tribal Code Title
and Section), and Index to the Code. Also included are the 1978-1979 cumulative pocket supplements to each volume of the Code, for use in 1979 and
