141-142. ( Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the United States and the Sacs of Rock River which confirms the Treaty of St. Louis concluded on November
3, 1804, 7 Stat. 84 (LLMC 69781). The Sacs were placed on the same footing as before the War of 1812 and they agreed to return the property they had
taken during that war. The treaty was concluded in St. Louis on May 13, 1816.)
Title:   A Treaty of Peace and Friendship : made and concluded between William Clark, Ninian Edwards, and Auguste Chouteau, commissioners plenipotentiary of the United States of America, on the part and behalf of said states, of the one part, and the undersigned chiefs and warriors of the Sacs of Rock River and the adjacent country, of the other part.
