Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the First Christian and Orchard Parties of the Oneida Indians residing at Green Bay, February 3,
1838, 7 Stat. 566-567. ( Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the First Christian and Orchard Parties of the Oneida Indians residing at
Greenbay. The Indians cede to the United States their title to the land set apart for them in the Treaty of February 8,1831, 7 Stat. 342 (LLMC 69902)
and the Treaty of October 27, 1832, 7 Stat. 405 (LLMC 69920). A tract of land containing 100 acres for each individual was to be reserved for the
Indians in the vicinity of Green Bay. The treaty was concluded in the City of Washington on February 3, 1838.)
