Articles of Agreement and Convention between the United States and the Seneca Tribe of Indians residing on the Sandusky River in the State of Ohio, February 28, 1831, 7 Stat. 348-350. ( Articles of Agreement and Convention between the United States and the Seneca Tribe of Indians residing on the Sandusky River in the State of Ohio. The Indians ceded land lying next to the waters of the Sandusky River within the counties of Seneca and Sandusky in Ohio. The Senecas were granted a tract of land adjacent to the northern boundary of the land ceded to the Cherokees and the boundary of the State of Missouri. The Indians received provisions for one year and an advance of $6,000 to compensate them for the move. The agreement was concluded on February 28, 1831 at Washington, D.C.)
