Treaty between the United States of America and the tribes of Indians called the Delawares, Putawatimies, Miamies, and Eel River Miamies, September
30, 1809, 7 Stat. 113-115. ( A treaty between the United States and the Delaware, Potawatomi, Miami and Eel River Miami Indians. The treaty ceded land
to the United States from the boundary line established by the Treaty of Fort Wayne, 7 Stat. 74 (LLMC 69775) to land from where the Racoon Creek
empties into the Wabash River to 12 miles below the Vermilion River. The Delaware, Miami, and Potawatomi tribes received a permanent annuity of $500, and
the Eel River Miami tribe received an annuity of $250. The treaty was concluded at Fort Wayne in the Indiana Territory on September 30, 1809.)
Title:   A treaty between the United States of America, and the tribes of Indians called the Delawares, Putawantimies, Mianies and Eel River Miamies, James Madison, President of the United States / by William Henry Harrison, governor and commander-in-chief of the Indian territory, superintendent of Indian affairs, and commissioner plenipotentiary of the United States for treating with the said Indian tribes, and the Sachems, Head men, and warriors of the Delaware, Putawatame, Miami, and Eel River tribes of Indians.
