between the United States and the Yankton Tribe of Sioux Indians in which the Indians cede the rights to land ceded to them by the Treaty of Prairie du
Chien, 7 Stat. 328 (LLMC 69900). In consideration the U.S. agrees to give them $4000. Article 2 specifies how this money is to be spent. The treaty was
concluded in the City of Washington on October 21, 1837.)
