Articles of a Treaty between the United States of America and the Miami Tribe of Indians, November 6, 1838, 7 Stat. 569-574. ( Articles of a Treaty
between the United States of America and the Miami Tribe of Indians in which the Indians cede to the United States a tract of land lying south of the
Wabash River and three reservation described in Article 1. In consideration the United States agreed to to invest $157,500 and to guaranty the Indians
an annual income of not less that five per cent. The treaty was concluded at the forks of the Wabash in the State of Indiana on November 6, 1838.)
