1834-12-10, Articles of a Treaty Made and Concluded at a camp on Tippecanoe River
Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the Potawattamie Tribe of Indians, December 10, 1834, 7 Stat. 467-468. ( Articles of a Treaty
between the United States and the Potawatomi (Pottawatomie) Tribe of Indians in which they cede to the United States six sections of the land reserved for
them by Article Two of the treaty negotiated on the Tippecanoe River in Indiana on October 26, 1832, 7 Stat. 399 (LLMC 69918). The Indians received
four hundred dollars in goods at the signing and an annuity of one thousand dollars for two years. The treaty was concluded at a camp on the Tippecanoe
River in the State of Indiana on December 10, 1834.)
