Articles of Agreement and Convention between the United States and the United Bands of Otoes, and Missourias dwelling on the said Platte, September
21, 1833, 7 Stat. 429-431. ( Articles of Agreement and Convention between the United States and the Otoes, and Missourias dwelling near the Platte
River in which the Indians cede the land described Article I. The United States agrees to extend both the annuity of $2,500 granted by the Treaty of
Prairie du Chien, 7 Stat. 328 (LLMC 69900) for an additional ten years and an annuity of $500 granted for agricultural purposes. The Agreement was
concluded at the Otoe Village on the Platte River on September 21, 1833.)
