Draft of a message from James Logan to the chiefs of the Indian Nations inhabiting the confines of the Province of Pennsylvania, September 3, 1731.
With suitable protestations of mutual regard and extolling the peaceful relationship, Logan told the Nations that the Proprietor would be coming to
