Thirty-seventh Legislature. Senate. No. 5 An Act to amend chapter thirty-eight of the Revised Statutes, relating to the inspection of beef and pork, 1858. No pork or beef, packed in Maine or elsewhere, could be shipped out of state without an inspection stamp, unless a shipmaster could produce an inspection certificate.
