Thirty-sixth Legislature. Senate. No. 7. An Act to amend an act entitled an act to establish a Board of Agriculture, 1857. The amendment changed the method of selecting members of the Board from appointment by the Governor to election by members of active agricultural societies for three year staggered terms.
