Is everyone in your institution benefiting from access to LLMC Digital? Has your institution loaded the free MARC records for LLMC Digital titles into your OPAC? Do you have any questions about the MARC records for LLMC Digital titles? Now is your chance to meet informally and talk about these issues, and any other related issues you may have! It is hard to believe (and perhaps for most of us a relief) that the end of 2020 quickly approaches! It has been quite a different year, with so many events that necessitated we make immediate, significant changes! Due to the cancellation of all travel, conferences, and other opportunities to meet with you in person this year, we would like to “meet” and chat at a virtual online (and informal) discussion session, to take place on December 3, from 2-3 pm CST. This free session is open to all our member community and anybody else interested in LLMC Digital. Though this session is primarily targeted to the technical and bibliographic personnel, all are invited to attend to learn and share your ideas! I, along with Richard Amelung, Ph. D, Professor Emeritus of Legal Research, Saint Louis University School of Law, and LLMC’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, will begin with a brief informational session, discussing MARC records for LLMC Digital titles and the value of having them in your local system. We will also update you about what we have been doing here at LLMC over the past year, followed by an “open mic” session to discuss your topics and questions. Please feel free to submit any questions in advance to josephh@llmc-digital.org so I can make sure that your interests are part of the conversation. This Webex event has ended but was recorded.
