Official opinions of the Attorney General of Arkansas: 1911/12-1943/44, Little Rock, state printers, 1912-1944, all published. (Publication of the
A.G. opinions was not required till a 1911 act of the General Assembly. Thereafter the opinions were published biennially with the reports. After the
1943/44 biennial publication of both reports and opinions ceased. The fact that in many of the states there were differing patterns of publication for
the A.G reports and opinions makes for a confusing literature. To minimize confusion in its online offerings, LLMC has chosen to group all of the U.S.
