1865, Howell code
1865 Howell Code of the First Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona. Included were a table of contents and appendix. Of note, the Howell
Code was named after Judge William Thompson Howell. After legislature to replace laws inherited from the New Mexico Territory, this code was
submitted to legislature and adopted with some modifications. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held the Arizona Department of Library
and Archives).
Title:   The Howell code : adopted by the First Legislative assembly of the territory of Arizona. Session begun on the twenty-sixth day of September, and ended on the tenth day of November, 1864, at Prescott.
