1823, Toulmin's Digest of the laws
Digest of the Laws of the State of Alabama, which contained the statutes and resolutions in force at the end of the January 1823 General Assembly
session. Also included was an appendix, which contained the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, Act to form an Alabama constitution and
government, and the Alabama Constitution; an index was also included. The digest was compiled by Harry Toulmin and printed in 1823. (Digitized from a
microfilm copy of the title originally held by the Library of Congress).
