Proclamation by the governor : Whereas, by the provisions of the Organic Act ... order and direct that the members of the Legislative Assembly ... do convene on the day next succeeding from and after the adjournment or close of said session ... I have hereunto set my hand ... this fourth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-two.
