A committee report appointed to examine the disputes between South Carolina and Georgia, particularly with respect to trade, passage on the various
riverways, and Indian issues. The report was made to the South Carolina General Assembly on December 15, 1736 and reviewed complaints made about
Georgia in general, and James Oglethorpe in specific. An appendix began on page 49 and contained correspondence, journal extracts, and various
