Document No. 26 Final report of the Directors to whom was committed the charge of erecting a lunatic asylum for the State of Ohio. December 20,
1839. The Directors had bought just over 36 acres of land for the building. The Directors and the Superintendent had worked together until April 20,
1839, when the building was completed. The Superintendent's report on building costs was included.
