<1833> Annual Report of the Literary Fund, as required by the North Carolina General Assembly. The reports varied but contained narratives and
financial statements, many which included loans, stocks, and bonds from various banks, canals, railroads and the like. Also included were costs for
reclaiming or draining a number of swamp lands in various canals. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the University of North
