Pell. Based upon the official codification by Thomas B. Womack, Needham Y. Gulley and William B. Rodman, known as The Revisal of 1905, and with the Public Laws of the sessions of 1907 and 1908 Codified Thereinto. Published in Two Volumes by Walker Evans & Cogswell Co. (Charleston, S.C. 1908). 2308+462 p. These two volumes cover the North Carolina statutory code (121 Chapters). Vol. 1 includes a Preface explaining the contents and method used to compile the work. Vol. 2 includes a separately paginated Appendix (including the state and federal Constitutions and other provisions, with index); and a general Index to the work.
