March 31, 1796 Federal Act making certain provision in regarding to the Circuit Court of the District of North Carolina, as remediation of the issues
of insufficient quorums of judges from the June and November terms, 1795. The steps included methods for calling a jury, continuances for suits not
heard during those terms, as well as continuing an act to ascertain the fees in admiralty proceedings in the district courts. (Digitized from a
