Two Charters granted by King Charles II to the Proprietors of Carolina of 1663 and 1669, respectively, and the Fundamental Constitution of Carolina,
published in London in 1698. The Fundamental Constitutions of Carolina were adopted in March 1, 1669 by the eight Lords Proprietors of the Province
of Carolina, which included most of the land between what is now Virginia and Florida. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by
the Historical Society of Pennsylvania Library).
