A proclamation : Whereas I have received directions from White-Hall for the publication of the peace between our most gracious Soveraign Lord King William, and the French King, and to give notice to all privateers and commanders of ships throughout this province and territories depending thereon, to cease hostilities with the French Kings subjects ...
