1776-01-10, Committee announcement and reaction to not have a quorum

January 10, 1776 Broadside by the Committee of Safety which announced a meeting to reduce a quorum (the committee consisted of 125 members; 30 was
the prior quorum). In addition, the broadside contained comments by "Lucius," who suggested that the committee be reduced to 50, with a quorum of 14.
