New York City, 1693, Mayor, etc. of New York thank B. Fletcher
A 1693 Broadside issued by the Mayor, Recorder, Alderman and Assistants of the New York City Council. The document thanked Governor Fletcher for his
leadership, including "reducing the Indians." There was also a reference to requests that the Council and Mayor had previously made, which was placed
after much praise for the Governor's abilities. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the New York Historical Society Library
(c.1), and the American Antiquarian Society Library in Worcester, Massachusetts(c.2)).
