March 4, 1708 speech of Governor Lovelace to the General Assembly and its' 1708-09 correspondence, including a copy of the address of Lieut. Governor
and Council of New Jersey to the Queen regarding certain members of the assembly. Some of the correspondence dealt with conflicting factions.
