November 6, 1693 Broadside proclaiming that the New York Province Governor Benjamin Fletcher would oversee both Connecticut as well as New York.
This appointment was made on October 28, 1683 during the rule of King William and Queen Mary. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of a title originally
