Report of the Joint Standing Committee on Education regarding the proposal by Yale College to establish professorships of agriculture and the Arts.
This report was submitted to the Connecticut General Assembly during the May session in 1847. The committee concurred that relevant professorships
should be established; the General Assembly resolution adopted the committee findings and recommendations. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
