followed Young's imprisonment and release for the inability to pay his debts. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the

Title:   To the Honorable General Assembly of the state of Connecticut, to be holden at New-Haven in and for said state, on the 2d Thursday of October A.D. 1798 : the petition of Guilford Dudley Young of Norwich, in the county of New London, in said state, humbly sheweth, that your petitioner in the year 1796, entered into partnership trade with Isaac Williams, Thomas Young, and Joseph W.
