Journal of the Constitutional Convention of Connecticut, that convened in Hartford, from August 26 to September 16, 1818. These two volumes are
manuscripts: however in the middle of the first volume are three printed committee reports on various articles of the constitution. These reports have
some handwritten changes marked throughout each report. In addition, there was also a printed preamble and Article 1 (with some handwritten changes)
which was inserted in volume 1. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
