Title:   By the Honorable Thomas Fitch, Esq ; governor and commander in chief of His Majesty's colony of Connecticut, in New-England, in America. A proclamation : Whereas I have received His Majesty's instruction under his royal signet and sign manuel, to the governor and company of this colony, as follows, viz. George R. Instruction to our trusty and well beloved, the governor and company of our colony of Connecticut ... Given under my hand in Norwalk, the 14th day of December ... 1762 / Thos. Fitch.
