February 16, 1733 Proclamation by Governor Jonathan Belcher regarding ownership of land between Kennebeck and St. Croix Rivers, despite a contrary
instruction and wrongful appointment of Richard Phillips as governor of the Province of Nova Scotia given by the King. Belcher noted that said actions
