Description and Holding Information
1675, General laws and liberties of the Mass. Colony
The General Laws and Liberties of the Massachusetts Colony in New-England, revised and reprinted by order of the General Court in 1672 and reprinted
in 1675. Of note, there is an undated introductory explanation which indicated that this "rare issue" was printed in Cambridge or London in 1675; an
earlier 1672 publication is found at LLMC #23405. Included were laws listed by alphabetized subjects, margin notes of same, a section of precedents
and forms, including various oaths, as well as an index of the topics and their respective pages. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally
held by the Library of Congress).
