February 28, 1828 Resolutions in relation to the aggressions upon the Northeastern frontier of the state by the government of the British Province of
New Brunswick. Specifically, the resolutions stated that this government was harassing Maine citizens, as well as executing civil and criminal
processes against them, although they were served within the territory of Maine. A demand was also made for the return of one of its citizen, as well as
