1867 Majority and minority reports of the Committee on Territorial Affairs concerning the repeal of the Specific Contract Law. The majority
supported the changing the act to enable the courts to enforce the specific performance of contracts which was approved on December 3, 1864; focusing on the
use of "greenbacks" versus gold coin in payments. The minority found it inexpedient to repeal or amend at that time. (Digitized from a microfilm copy
